ご自身のポートレートを眺め、自分の存在を感じながら、内にあるその答えを模索する。

この自分は好き、嫌いなど、一見シンプルに感じる感情も含め、無意識にあるいは意識的に、今ここで、ご自身と向き合われることでしょう。

気づいた答えそのものに正解や不正解はなく、気づきそのものが貴重な瞬間であり、それをそのまま受け入れるということが次への一歩となります。

各々の個人差や気づきの大なり小なりもあると思いますが、気づきに繋がるその過程で選択した行動そのものにも意味があり、そこで見つけた答えを受け入れたその先にある成長は、顔や仕草、振る舞いなどとして現れ、次のポートレートにも描き出されていくことでしょう。

As you gaze upon your own portrait, you may begin to sense your own presence and search for the answer that lies within.

Whether it’s a feeling as seemingly simple as “I like this version of myself” or “I don’t,” you’ll find yourself—consciously or unconsciously—facing who you are, here and now.

There is no right or wrong in the answers you discover. The moment of awareness itself is what holds value. Accepting that awareness, just as it is, becomes the first step toward what comes next.

Each person experiences this differently, in depth and in pace. But even the very act of choosing how to engage in the process of self-recognition carries meaning. And the growth that unfolds from accepting what you’ve found—this will show itself in your face, your gestures, and your presence, quietly expressed in the next portrait.
